There were well over 100 people who gathered at the cafe to hear great music by Cabin 3 and try sample-size portions of old favorites and new recipes including Turkeyberry, Squash Apple Bisque, Moroccan Basmati, Hot Meatloaf, Baked Tofu, Apricot CousCous, Thai Noodles, and more.

Much to our surprise, the Baked Tofu was by far the most popular item of the night. Your continued feedback will help us develop the new menu which is scheduled to be released just after the holiday season. Some of the changes will include more vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options on the cafe menu and expanded offerings on our catering menu.
