Cigar Box Guitars

If you have not had the opportunity to check out the cigar box guitars on display at the cafe, it is definitely worth a visit. The first time we saw these unique guitar and amp “sculptures” we thought they were so neat. Then the artist picked one up, plugged into the cigar box amp and starting playing. Much to our surprise, they’re not just works of art - these are bonafide electric guitars! This is a must-have for any musician with a serious collection and a great conversation piece to display anywhere. In addition to the electric guitars, one piece is an acoustic guitar made from an old metal olive oil can and other found objects. The tone made by the hollow metal is simply beautiful.
