Boat Access Island Wedding

Often times, clients come to us with special requests and we love to be able to say “yes” whenever possible. We were excited to hear that this bride & groom were planning a boat access only wedding in the narrows of Lake George - no electricity, no running water - just simple elegance. What a great way to close the outdoor wedding season. The menu was as eclectic as the Adirondack-Columbian guest list with Chicken Tarragon, Tilapia + Mango Salsa, Zucchini Tomato Gratin, Chana Masala, Roasted Vegetable Quiche, Chicken Pot Pie, and Baked Mac + Cheese.
