An eclectic blend of comfort food and bistro fare in the heart of downtown Glens Falls, Samantha’s offers diners an experience each of their senses will remember fondly. Made from scratch breads, soups and entrees are created fresh, on-site, and change daily. Samantha’s also specializes event catering and will work with you to create the perfect menu for your special occasion.

After 28 years of creativity in the kitchen, cafe founder, Carole Newell, has recently taken her well-deserved retirement. Liz Wilcox and Jennifer Kraft invite you to rediscover the new Samantha’s. Expect to find many of your old favorites (like turkeyberry, mac ‘n cheese, squash apple bisque) as well as new menu items including vegetarian and gluten free options.
Weddings & Events
Our catering services range from the casual backyard barbecue to sumptuous 5-course meals delivered by boat to a lovely island. Groups from 25 to 200 guests are a regular part of our schedule and each is an event we personalize with care and attention.
We’ve catered auctions, birthday parties, reunions, retirement parties, bridal showers and nearly every other kind of celebration that brings friends and loved ones together. Our goal each time is to bring fabulous food, artfully arranged, so your guests know how special they are. We meet or exceed our goals in every instance.
