We really liked the message in this recent piece by OffbeatBride.com - Everyone else is doing it: A wedding trend perspective. The truth is, not every bride falls into the categories of trendsetter or trend follower and that’s OK. Keep in mind as you are sifting through the mountain of bridal magazines trying to absorb the endless supply of menu trend reports - this party is meant to celebrate you as a couple - your love, your style, your taste. Consider what sounds good to you …beef tenderloin with housemade horseradish cream…vegan peanut noodles with stir fried veggies...If you serve both on the same buffet line and the style mag doesn’t find out, is it still a faux pas? We think not.
But, seriously. Our best advice?
Order yummy food.
Order enough food.
And most importantly, stop stressing over the food.
